The other day, my son came home asking me 7 things that can help make him much healthier. He said that they were required by their teacher to enumerate and explain it in class. Hence, being the mother/project “coordinator,” I Googled it and found some helpful tips that my kid can use. No to junk foods! Third, lose weight. Obesity can have horrible effects on your health. Fourth, stop smoking. Smoking can cause so many problems with your health. Fifth, control the cholesterol. Sixth, manage your blood pressure. Don’t get too worked up too early. Seventh, reduce you blood sugar. Having a high sugar content can cause so many problems as well. Overall, it’s exercise, diet and weight that pretty much matter if you want to remain healthy for a long time.
