Why Morning Sickness Happens

We all know that being a mother has its ups and downs, from picking out the dino dave valance to picking the right school and preparing him for college; it takes a lot when raising a child. However, most mothers already know this. I think from the very start of the pregnancy, they know that they are in for a wild ride. For instance, just experiencing morning sickness each time is already a challenge.

Morning sickness is actually something that can happen whether you are pregnant or not pregnant. However, mothers often experience it as they start off with the pregnancy. The causes and symptoms of morning sickness often happens differently for each woman. Some women feel just tired even if they have not done anything strenuous. Other times, women might feel as if they are experiencing a flu. Perhaps the most common type of morning sickness is nausea or vomiting. About 50-95% of women feel this way and the extent of the problem varies greatly among women.

On the other hand, women who are not pregnant can also experience morning sickness. This is especially true for women who take birth control pills or other supplements that affect their hormones. These changes will cause your body to react and give you morning sickness as a result.
