Parenting Troubles
No doubt, being a parent has its ups and downs. There are times when you just feel like giving up and telling yourself that it’s not worth it. On the other hand, there are parents who are simply driven to succeed in their parenting skills. Of course, it’s not always smooth sailing as they would like to think. For instance, your child might be crying out for that mermaids toddler bedset simply because she likes the color. The thing is, you already got her a new bedset recently and it would be a waste to get her a new one when the old sheets still look new. As parents, we often like to think that we can give everything to our children. In fact, a lot of us feel guilty and sad that we cannot provide or give what our children are asking for, but does this mean giving them everything they want?
On the other hand, if you are a parent who definitely neglects your child’s need, then you are in trouble for child neglect. But where do you draw the line? And how do you know when you need to provide for your child instead of just telling him no? These are questions that every parent must answer. With the sensitivity of certain people towards the role of parents and what they perceive as good parenting; it’s often hard to not take these things into consideration.
