Growing Up Without a Father
For a kid, growing up without a father can be really difficult. The thing is that no matter how happy your child might be when you tucked him into his sport collage twin dustruffle, there will be a part of them that will look for a dad. Regardless of whether the dad left because of a divorce or simply was just never present from the start, it causes a huge impact n the child as he or she grows older. At some point, a child will definitely look for some sort of semblance of a father figure. As a mother, it can be really tough to address or even attempt to fill in the big shoes of a father figure in a young child’s life.
It’s important to realize that this is normal and that you shouldn’t go ahead and worry about it too much. Don’t over try and think that you can be everything your own child needs. As he or she grows older, his or her needs would change and this means that at some point the role of a father would need to be filled. It’s not going to be easy and it will take quite some time but as long as you set your focus straight, then you should be able to guide your child to the right path. Parenting means that there will be a lot of surprises haunting you on the way. It’s important for you to be flexible in order to accommodate to your child’s development.
