How to Avoid the Holiday Over eating Tempation

Don’t your feel it too?  After all the super heavy meals of Thanksgiving.  Your body is trying to tell you something.  It’s telling you to get moving and work some of that food off.  Another thing to think about is to choose your food more wisely.  We are presented with so many choices are holiday functions that it’s easy to get confused.
