Parenting Blues

Every single person has his or her own style of parenting. Even if they may be from the same family or the best of friends, every parent handles his or her own child in a manner that they think is fit. For instance, one parent might prefer to offer a reward every single time a son or daughter fixes their Rock Anthem Full/Queen Comforter and 2 Pillow Shams. Meanwhile, another parent might opt to punish children if they do not obey certain agreed upon house rules. These parenting techniques are important to help hone and shape a child’s perception of the world.

As mentioned, since parenting skills are so different from one another. It’s not really that tough to go ahead and judge that one is better than the other and vice versa. Although some parenting techniques are far more effective than others, it is important to stay true to what you feel as well. If you think that your child would learn better and grow up to be a better person when you raise him a certain way, then it’s your choice. As long as you do not bring emotional, physical or psychological harm to your child, then you have a right as a parent to raise him up any way that you see fit.
