Must Have: Sunflower Seeds
Sunflower is very rampant in Europe and it earned its name simply because it resembles the sun. The nice thing about sun flower is that it has seeds on it that is reach in fats, proteins, fibers, minerals, vitamin E, and phytochemicals. All of this is important to the nutritional quality of the diet to human health. Sunflower seeds should be a part of any diet for all ages most especially for the kids. It could be sprinkled over cereals, salads, soups, mixed with vegetables or make a cracker out of it. This is good for the children since most of the kids nowadays are obese and sunflower seeds contains Vitamin E that protect against cardiovascular diseases that has been a major problem in obese people. So I highly recommend sunflower seeds as part of our everyday meal to live a healthy life.
