Mushroom as an Answer To Obesity
Mushroom is basically an edible fungi, that is fleshy spore-bearing fruiting body which I think everyone is craving for. It is usually used as an addition to a salad, casserole, soup or dish and most specially add on to our ever loved burgers. It provides lean proteins as they have zero cholesterol, fats and very low carbohydrates. Fibers and enzymes in them also help lower cholesterol level. The high lean protein content helps burn cholesterol when they are digested. lean protein diet is ideal for losing fat and building muscle mass. And it is true. A lot of fats are burnt to digest (break-down) proteins in the food, more so when the protein is accompanied by a very low carbohydrate, zero fats and cholesterol and a good amount of fiber is exactly what mushrooms can offer to your kids to get fit and healthy and get rid of that unwanted fats.
