Crazy Complete Carrots

I have never eaten a raw carrot in my entire life. Gee, I dunno, it just scares the life out of me. But since I have learned the importance of carrots in our daily body’s nutrients needs I have started to eat it. Anyway, carrots are really good for your body. Also, it is good for your eyes because it has vitamin A which prevents night blindness. Think about eating carrots because it is a good source of fiber, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin K, biotin, potassium and thiamine which will be good for you kids. I’m overwhelmed of what carrots can offer to my body and to the children. but don’t worry if your skin gets yellow if you over eat of eat, no worry just reduce the amount that you eat. So there you have it carrots good for you and the kids to enjoy!
