Strategy to Turn Kids Eating Fruits

I believed that peer pressure have a great impact on the lives of little children. They see older children as a role model and adore them and may imitate them. And also the peers of your child who eats fruits and vegetable. I think this is a good way of introducing vegetables and fruits that they may not like. They will start to eat as they see their idol or their peers eating the food that they normally wouldn’t want to eat. Inviting other kids would be a great idea on lunch with the healthy meal and fruit as their food.
