Healthy Vegetable Dip
When I saw one article that has a healthy vegetable dip it grabbed my attention and I love the idea of a healthy veggie dip! Upon reading it I imagined myself eating a pizza pie and my mouth was just watering. This healthy vegetable dip is made from tomatoes, vegetable puree like carrot, spinach or squash and other ingredients. From its ingredients we can see that this is a healthy way to make a bread and dip which is good for the snacks of the children. Tomatoes contain lycopene that is good for the heart, keeps our immune system healthy and protecting the body against diseases. Isn’t it good and yummy? I got to try this and make my own pizza pie that surely the kids will love too.
